Taka Beta Terms & Conditions — Full User Agreement

1. General Terms & Conditions

By using the Taka Beta website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a valid agreement between Taka Beta and the user of its services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services. Taka Beta reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication.

Taka Beta is an entertainment-based online betting platform. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that Taka Beta bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Taka Beta, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and accurate.
• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your account password confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• After registering, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process.

Identity verification may require submission of a national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Taka beta accepts all major payment methods available in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. The key payment policies are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum amount per deposit is BDT 200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal is BDT 500.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Verification: Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Taka Beta does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own charges, for which Taka Beta accepts no responsibility.

4. Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Taka Beta:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless Taka Beta initiates the cancellation.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Taka Beta reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by market and event.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.

Taka Beta uses internationally recognised third-party data providers to determine betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute over results, Taka Beta's decision shall be final.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Taka Beta regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms; however, the general policies are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specific wagering amount (typically 10–30x the bonus value).
• Validity Period: Wagering must be completed within 7 to 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, and can be claimed once.
• Bonus Cancellation: In the event of a terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka beta platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Buying, selling, or renting accounts.
• Using bots to place bets in order to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Hacking, scraping, or any attempt to manipulate the platform technically.
• Arbitrage betting or using coordinated strategies to exploit the system.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Taka beta reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Detection of suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity.
• Exposure to a security risk.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, verified balances will be available for withdrawal, unless the account is being closed due to a terms violation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taka beta strives to maintain the highest platform standards; however, our liability is limited in the following situations:

• Bets or transactions affected by internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateway problems.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own actions.
